I had to run, far away from them as I could. My daggers carried me as fast as they could. I couldn't let them capture me again. As I ran, paper thins flaring, my mind brought me back to how this world use to be.

My name is Falon. Believe it or not I used to belong to a human, along with my mom, Chloe, and my dad, Nova. They were both purebred Friesians which made me the same. I use to love my life and I use to be happy but that was before all the humans disappeared. No one know why, but they just did. That was just the start of our problems.
The horses started getting nervous and anxious. We had never lived on our own with no one to guide us. Some horses decided to come up with a hierarchy. In this hierarchy, the strong became masters and the rest of us became slaves. Masters controlled us, making us do whatever they wanted. If we tried to rebel they would punish us.
My mother and father tried to stop them from taking me but there were just too many of them. I called and called to them to save me, but no one came. I watched as my parents tried to save me and failed. I was brought back to the stallion's land. I was kept in a cold and dark cell for the rest of my life. I was abused, raped, beaten, starved, and everything bad you can think of. Now i wander the lands, searching for a place to be safe yet I have not found a place.

There are only a handful of us that do not believe in the hierarchy that was made. There are some that run on these lands free from the masters. Some actually travel to the compound and the dying pastures to save the slaves so they can have their own life. Some rebels have been caught and put back into the slavery but there are others that haven't.
