Age: 1 and a half summers old
My Gender:Female
Breed:GrayFox
I Am A Member Of The: Hu'li
I Uphold The Rank Of: none at the moment
XX. Information

Appearance:Kero is a light gray fox, with blotches of white around her paws and the tip of her tail. She isn't very muscular, having a slender yet sleek body made for speed and climbing trees. Her coat is smooth as bristles with long hairs sticking out in odd places. They give her a bit of a porcupine complexion.
Her left ear is half folded over in the middle from almost being torn off at one point. She also has a scar on her face which connects with her left eye vertically in a moon shape. You can't see it very well though because half of it is covered up by the fur on her face.
Her eyes are brown, but she uses her right eye to see. She rarely opens her left eye because she can't discern the differences of color with it; such as the variations of red and green, unlike her right eye.
Personality:For a first impression some would deem Kero unreliable. She's sarcastic, giving nothing but insults to her superiors, and slack to those who ask favors. Course this is just on the top of the skin, she's known for carrying out her duties despite hostility. She doesn't hate anyone personally either, she is mean and strict in front of everyone with few exceptions even to those she likes. The reason why is kinda a mystery even to her, though she doesn't question it often out loud. 'Just go with the flow', is something she would probably say. As long as the attitude doesn't change the wanted outcome then everything will be alright in the end.
Honestly, she gives the illusion that she is a pessimist; when she's really a contemplative sad fox who seeks friendship. She wants to show compassion as well as kindness to others, but finds it hard to do due to life changing events and tribulations. Not to say that she's incapable of showing any good emotions. It just depends on how she feels overall.
Above all else though, Kero hates death and will do anything within her power to prolong it. She will even throw aside her well built up wall of emotions in order to accomplish such.
Kero likes to take walks in order to relieve stress and tension which builds up inside herself as well as around others (more so for her own sake than others). She does this whenever she feels it's necessary.
History:Kero Jana being that she is female, isn't her real name. Her real name is (Gianna Harksome). She pulled her first name from her father (Kero Harksome) and her last name from her mother (Jana Harksome). Gianna wasn't always mean and obstinate. She used to be positive and friendly to everyone around her. She had a brother and two sisters, each one about five months younger than the last. In these times, family was the only thing which mattered to Gianna. When the war started, her parents joined the (to be named at a later time) side in order to help out anyway they could. They were both skilled in there fields of expertise as they did there job. Gianna being that she cared about her parents, was given the responsibility of caring for her siblings while they were gone. She wished with all her heart that they would be able to come back some day. This being her one hope was just asking to be shattered.
When she had gone out one day in search of food. She had returned to her den to find a black ominous wolf, blood at its paws, with her brothers and sisters slaughtered. It was then brought to her attention That her father and mother had been helping out the enemy in the shadows of the dark. They were executed as they were without remorse, or regret. Gianna understood and had no quarry with the over this, but the death of her siblings was unexcusable. She struck after the dark one with sadness blinding her judgment; only to be brought down with one paw and many more till she was a pool of blood, much like her loved ones. She was then left for dead. Had she never inherited her fathers strong will, or her mothers nursing care; Gianna might have never made it through such a tribulation. Nevertheless, as she buried her young siblings in there own makeshift grave, she made a promise to join the *no name* as there was no where else to go after her parents ticked off the *unamed side*.

RP Sample:It was mid afternoon in the mountainous area. Snow still covered the lands as a never ending cold wind blew through the air of the Northern lands. It had been two months since Gianna Harksome's parents had taken up posts with the United pack. She had no way of communicating with them as they were far from home. Plus, she also had three others to look after in there absence. Her two sisters as well as brother. There names were as followed by there order of birth. Farago-(the second born), though he was a male and quite built for his size. He didn't like to partake in games which involved risks. If someone was to get hurt from such risks, you could be sure that he wouldn't be involved. In short, he was the cautious kind of animal. He would always be helping Gianna whenever he could, especially if it was breaking up a fight with his two younger sisters.
Then there was Sienna-(the third born), though not as big as her older brother, or Gianna. She made up with her hyperactivity. The best way to describe her would be both fast damaging and social. Though she seemed to be a bit quicker paced than everyone else around her. She had a tendency to be a bit absent minded. Because of this, she tended to also be a bit mischievous. Whether it was picking a fight with one of her own kind, or trying to set someone up to fall in the nearest lake. You could be sure she would be trouble with whomever she decided to mate with.
And last, there was Olin. Not only was she was the youngest in the family. She was also the most innocent creature you would ever find. She wouldn't ever whine, unless she was provoked, which tended to be Sienna's fault...95% of the time. She also tended to be very gullible. She would believe almost anything that you told her. It wouldn't matter what it was just as long as you said it to her on a daily basis. Though gullible, and innocent, she was also insecure. She could never go more than five minutes being alone, unless she had one of her own kind with her.
It was these three that kept her busy during the absence of her parents. During the events of the day. Gianna would always find herself trying her best to provide for the family. Whether it was bringing in rabbits, snakes, mice, she would bring anything that would be big enough to please there appetites for the time being. She was just glad that she didn't have to do this on her own. She also had the help of her brother Farago, but she tended to leave him at home to keep the peace between her two sisters. Sometimes at night, she would sleep at the dens entrance as she stared off into the sky. Cold as it may have been, this was the only time she got to have any peace to herself. She would be daydreaming of her parents return as well as the hopes of being able to live independently. She loved her family with all of her heart, but she wanted so desperately to pass this responsibility off to someone else. It wasn't like it was intolerable, but it did cut into her own social life. Some days, she even felt like running off and leaving them to fend for themselves. But every time she ever got the urge to do so. She would have those very words her parents told her to think about.
"Gianna...your mother and I are leaving now. We know not when we will return, but we need you to look after your siblings in our absence. We know that you will do a good job, but we just want you to know that we are sorry to put such a burden upon you."
Gianna would just sigh afterwards as she continued to stare off into the night’s sky. She felt things would become normal one day, but that day never seemed to come. It seemed an eternity as day and night would come and go. She couldn't keep up with how many days they had been gone at one point, but she would always seem to get a friendly reminder from a voice below what she was striving for. Especially one particular night. There had been a blizzard blowing through the area and at the time. To make things worse, Gianna was unable to produce food for the three during the time. It was hard enough to keep everyone warm, much less keep them under control as the hunger started to get to everyone's mind.
"Hey…Gianna..."
"Yes Farago. What is it this time?"
"Has the snow storm lifted yet?"
"No Farago, its been going on for 2 days now. It seems to have been slowing down a bit, but it’s still not safe to venture out yet. Why do you ask?"
"Well...Sienna has been chasing Olin around the den yelling `meat` for a while, and I was starting to get a bit worried. I tried to stop her from teasing, but when I did. She bit me on the leg. I know she didn't mean to hurt me, but I'm starting to think keeping her caged up is making her a bit feral."
"Yes...she has been a bit more unpredictable than usual, but there’s nothing I can do about it yet."
"Yes...but..."
"Giaaaannaaaaa!" poor little Olin had come running up to her as she hid behind her from Sienna's playful little rage. "Save me Gianna! She said she's going to eat me!" she was nearly to tears by now as she whined for her sister’s protection. Gianna knew that Sienna was just playing around with her, and she had been trying her best not to laugh in the situation as she turned towards Sienna.
"Sienna...Is this true?"
"No." Sienna then wiped the grin off her face as she tried her best to lie to her.
"Yes you were." Olin countered "You even whispered in my ear how you were going to tear out my gizzard in my sleep and chew through all my limbs till they were nothing but nubs."
"Hey...I wasn't the one who suggested we play hunters and prey...and by the way...meat isn't supposed to cry while it’s pretending to be dead."
"That'll be enough from both of you." Gianna replied as she broke off there little argument.
"But she..." they both seemed to say in unison, but they didn't get far.
"No buts...Olin, Sienna, Farago. I think it’s about time we all took a nap. Maybe by the time you wake up. I'll have found you some food, but don't keep your hopes up. The storm doesn't seem to show any sign of letting up tonight.”
"Yes Gianna..." Olin listened though Sienna and Farago seemed to have other ideas.
"But..."
"No exceptions." Gianna said sharply. "No offense, but you're not the only one whose going crazy from the lack of food around here." she ended as she motioned towards the back of the den. Sienna and Farago followed after Olin with there own regrets.
"Way to go Olin. If you hadn't gotten Gianna involved. We'd still be playing now."
"But I wasn't the one who changed up the game in the middle of it. I thought I was the hunter..."
"Well you weren't doing a good enough job. What kind of hunter allows his prey to live?"
"The kind that prefers it too live." Farago said lightly as he lay down next to Olin.
"And you...what was your role in this? Aren't you too old for naps as well?"
"Nobodies to old for naps Sienna. I've even seen Gianna take some up in trees while we're off playing."
"So even the great provider takes naps from time to time...now I've heard everything."
"And obviously you haven't heard enough." Gianna's voice sounded as she walked up to them all with a big leaf of thawed ice.
"I thought you all might want some water before your nap."
Thanks was all she received from Olin and Farago, but Sienna seemed to keep to herself during the proceedings. She didn't want to take a nap, but opposing Gianna wasn't exactly on top of the list of things she wanted to do. All seemed to go well afterwards. They were all out in a matter of minutes. As the hours passed by, darkness began to grow a bit fainter. This only became more noticeable as the snow storm had begun to slowly diminish. Gianna was glad for this, but the next thing she saw didn't exactly thrill her. The snow storm was gone, but the moon had turned reddish orange. It wasn't a bad omen, or anything. In fact, it was quite breath taking, but Gianna couldn't help feeling something bad was going to happen this morning. Even before she decided to head out on her own. She couldn't bring herself to wake up Farago. She stood at the entrance of the den as she placed one paw into the fresh powder.
"Gianna..."
Gianna couldn't help springing into the air at the sound of Olin’s voice as she landed harshly on her back. "Yes Olin...what is it?"
"Where are you going Gianna?"
Gianna only sighed as she rolled back onto her paws and stood upright. "I'm heading out early to get some fresh game for you guys. I don't want to have a repeat of what Sienna did to you and Farago."
"Then why aren't you taking Farago with you?" Olin seemed confused by this action. She knew that Gianna would normally do it to keep Sienna and herself in check, but Sienna was asleep. There wouldn't be any sunshine for what seemed like hours, so there was no reason to leave him behind.
"Because...it’s because...I wanted him to get a good nights rest. Its been so long since he's had one, especially since he has to put up with Sienna and stop fights between you two and on top of that. He tries his best to help me out with finding food. He does far to much than is needed of him." She lied to little Olin of course. She didn't want to tell her of her feelings of doubt. I mean, how would you break it to a child? 'Hey Olin. I had your brother stay behind because I need him to protect you from any harm that may visit while I'm gone. There's even more of a chance that we may never see each other again.' It just wasn't possible.
"Okay...but can you bring back some snakes. Its been a while since I've ever had any." Olin said as she nearly started yipping with excitement.
"Alright, I'll see what I can do. Just try to keep quiet and don't wake the others up."
With that said, Gianna was off. It didn't seem to take too long to come up with the catches for the morning. She actually did well without Farago's help. She was able to procure three snakes hibernating underground and two rabbits for Farago and Sienna. She had a third one, but she ate it herself as she buried the remains underground. She wasn't really the religious type, or anything, but superstition always did seem to bug her from time to time. Though she was cautious, what she was to come across next was completely beyond her. As she carried her kills back to the den, she called out to her kin.
"Olin! I got some snakes for ya! Olin...huh...that’s strange...Normally she would be leaping out of the den by now." she walked closer to the den as an overwhelming aroma started to creep up to her. It smelled musky...yet somewhat familiar.
"...blood?...Olin. Olin...are you here? Sienna...Farago..." she kept calling for them as she walked further into the den.
"You guys...if this is some sort of joke. Its not funny. Come on guys, where are ya?" as she kept on walking the smell started to get stronger. Soon she started to see trails of blood on the ground as well as splatters on the walls. It nearly took her breath away as she dropped her food on the ground.
"This isn't a game...is it? This can't be happening, surely nothing happened while I was gone." she kept trying to tell herself as she walked on, but apparently. The worst was yet to come. As she came into the main area of the den. Her worst fears became a reality. Not only were all her loved ones lying in a pool of blood, but they were mutilated. There were bite marks strewn through out there entire bodies. Intestines were hanging out, there rib cages torn through. There didn't seem to be a bit of them that remained untouched. And as gruesome as the scene was. The sad thing was, they weren't dead yet. They were still breathing. Gianna immediately ran to there side as she got her own paws drenched in there blood.
"Olin...Farago...Sienna...what’s going on here?"
"Si..st..er..." Sienna cried out as she tried to rise to her feet.
"Its alright, I'm here...just don't move”
"Nn-n-no..." Farago said in a raspy voice as he choked on his own words. "you mustn't be here..."
"He's looking for you..." Olin said as she tried her best to speak up with her other kin.
"He...who?"
"Me..." a voice from the back of the den sounded as the silhouette of a dark figure stepped forward from the shadows. "I've been waiting for you. Gianna Harksome."
"Waiting...wait. You mean to tell me you’re the one who did this?"
"Hm...You catch on quick...for a fox."
"Gianna...run..." Olin cried out as she tried to rise only to be met by the fangs of the black assailant.
"Uh uh uh...now what did I tell you before? Meat isn't supposed to speak." the black wolf said taunting as her crying voice was then silenced beneath the crunch of his jaws.
"You monster! What could ever drive you to do something like this?"
"Oh please...they're only children. Its not like they matter to anyone. If one of them was to die, we could always make more. The difference here is that these children are inferior, as are you. None of you belong in this world."
Gianna was speechless. She couldn't move as he began to walk closer to her. "What do you mean we don't belong? We have as much of a right to live as you do. How can it be that you are able to judge who lives and dies?"
"Heh... looking for an explanation? Maybe you’re not as bright as you seem to be."
"Answer me damn it!" Gianna yelled out as her voice rang through out the cavern.
"Very well...seeing as I don't want any more haunting spirits. I guess I can give you a clear conscious. My only regret is that he's not here to witness this for himself."
"He?..."
"Your father...that damned hypocrite."
"Wait...my father...what happened to him?"
The black wolf only scoffed as blood oozed from his mouth. “Your father…Heh...like I give a damn what happened to him. That bastard didn't know up from down once we were through with him. Damned traitor."
"Traitor..."
"That’s right, traitor! That damned ring coated raccoon. One minute he was pledging his allegiance to the united's side, and two months later we find out he was harboring pure bloods under their care. The worst part was those same broodlings actually had the balls to try a sneak attack underneath our very noses. Needless to say. They were executed along with your parents for causing such a mess."
“Then why us...why would you go out of your way to kill us? We had no part in our parents betrayal.”
"Maybe so...but you are still his kin. My orders were to seek out his children and exterminate each and every relative. starting from the youngest...to the oldest."
"but why...why do it? Don't you have a say in this? Why would you do something so horrific as mass murder?"
"Don't try to take it personally. I'm only following orders. Something that you Harksome’s tend to know nothing about."
The next few seconds were a blur to Gianna. She knew not what happened, but she knew that the black wolf had gotten her. She didn't know what became of him, but she knew what became of her. Her back was slashed open with multiple wounds on her sides and fur thrown in all directions. Even her own left eye didn't seem to open for her. She thought for sure that she would have been a goner when she looked at her side. There seemed to be some leaves with water and some weird smelling plants. She wasn't exactly sure who had brought them, but one thing was sure. The black wolf had lived and all of her family was dead. She vowed she would take her revenge one day. Something she didn't know how to do. How could she do such a thing when killing was against her own morals? Even the thought of killing something other than out of necessity made her stomach queasy. Even as she tried to make sense of it. She found there was really only one way. She had to forget herself. She had to forget everything that made her who she was and harden it towards achieving her own goals.
As she buried her own siblings into there den grave. She found it to be nearly impossible. She had taken it upon herself to take up her parents names instead of her own, but no matter how hard she tried. She always had feelings of compassion for the living. It was unavoidable and as hard as she tried. She could not extinguish what she had been taught her whole life. Death was her weakness. She couldn't let anyone die before her without a good enough reason, and even when given. She couldn't pull herself to give up on anyone till the end.
