he thought, what must be done, must be done. The Pure Bloods needed to be put into their place. He just hoped they wouldn't annihilate them. Or else, he thought bitterly, we're no better. [/blockquote] [/ul]

Long, thin, black legs carried the golden furred canine as he trotted over the grass. His ears were lazily half perked up, his tail just swishing with his steps behind him. Brown eyes looked around, viewing his surroundings. He had just left the camp, and was now making his way to his favorite spot; The Red Canyon. He couldn't help it, the place was just so beautiful. The Rolling Hills had a certain charm to them too, he wouldn't lie, but it just wasn't the same. He liked just sprawling out on a large rock and just soak up the sun. True he could lay around here, but he didn't like the grass feeling beneath him over the rock. So, the canyon it was.
He stopped in his tracks though as a howl pierced threw the sky. Ears fully perked up, neck craning as the call startled him. His muzzle pointed up into the air, drinking in the scents. There was defiantly the smell of blood, and that was a wolf's howl. Jaeden's best guess was Sabian by the scent, but he a little rusty. He had meant to someday memorize every pack members scent, but as of right now he faintly knew a few.
Seeing no reason why not, Jaeden turned his course and made his way to the spot that the howl had erupted from. It wasn't long before he spotted the larger white wolf eating his kill. He gave a swish of the tail, stepping forward. "Nice kill there mate," he spoke with a friendly air to him. He sat where he was, a good couple feet from Sabian. He didn't really want to be rude and get up and hover over the other's kill. He really didn't find it all that appealing anyways.

he tilted his muzzle towards the little deers body, "I found it with its leg broken. It was going to die anyway, so I figured I'd finish it off." he snorted as a stiff wind blew up his shiny black, button nose. He towered over many dogs, and even some wolves, including this one. Sabian was big, but gentle. The sun glinted off of his fur and his golden orbs sparkled in the waters when he went for a drink. The hot sun was a blessing on his old bones but his coat was still loosing its winter layers. not soon enough it seemed. He brought his head back up, panting. "You were close enough to hear my call. I am glad. Everyone has been so worked up about the alliance they've been scattered across the territory." and he was at the camp, still, with Anni and the pups. How he loved those pups, and his mate, so it wasn't such a big burden. His tail wagged slowly as he thought of them. [/ul][/blockquote]
