Hey, this was originally a pm… but whatever. I thought everyone else might want to know how to make transparent… stuff. And with coding, not graphics. Because if you want to know how to do it graphic-wise, sorry, that’s a different lesson.
Now the CSS coding you’ll want for transparent whatevers is:
insert_something_random_here{ /*For Firefox;; Oh, and this makes the opacity 80%*/ opacity: 0.8; /*For Internet Explorer (aka IE);; This is also opacity of 80%*/ filter: alpha(opacity=80); }
And if this is wrong because of a typo, then… Ah, whoops. Also, the two might have been flipped by accident. Not too sure which is Firefox and which is for IE. And if you want to use Smangii’s border-around-forum gizmo, the code would be:
<script> <!-- /* Border-Around-Forum using Images - by Smangii */ var hi = "HI"; var mi = "MI"; var bi = "BI"; document.write('<table width="WIDTH" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="center"><tr><td align="center" width="100%"><img src="'+hi+'"></td></tr><tr><td width="100%" style="opacity: 0.8; filter: alpha(opacity=80); background-image: url('+mi+');">') //--> </script>
Hope that helps! If not, just complain in the c-box.
